On behalf of our client, Coates, we’re looking for a People Systems Analyst to join their team in Mascot, NSW on a fulltime basis.

The role is responsible for supporting the People Systems and Process Improvement Manager to ensure the stabilisation and continuous improvement of People systems, ensuring cross functional alignment to processes, procedures, and policies, as well as the availability and delivery of employee data and insights to the internal People and Safety Team, Coates Leadership teams to inform business decisions, and stakeholders external to Coates, as required. This role is critical in the ongoing development, support and promotion of technology to ensure Coates gets maximum benefit from its People systems.
The individual will have the following experience:
- Experience administering, or exposure to SuccessFactors highly desirably
- Experience with PowerBi, or similar BI tools highly desirable
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Experience working with large data sets, ideally sensitive People \ HR data
- Continuous improvement \ process improvement mindset and experience
Qualifications and Experience
Relevant IT degree, or proven experience working with IT system administration, design and implementation.
Salary $85,000 to $90,000 per annum.
