Our client is a leading financial services group with dominant market position. They are currently embarking on a a major productivity initiative and looking for a strong senior finance or strategy analyst to join their new productivity team
Reporting to the Head of Productivity this will be a pivotal and highly visible role focusing on:
- Contributing to the creation of the productivity program steering function
- Supporting the business to deliver sustainable productivity benefits across the organisation through data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Benefits tracking and realisation
- Partnering with stakeholders across the business to challenge financials related to productivity initiatives to support strategic decision making.
- Key Planning Dialogue deliverables including validation of planning inputs, deep dives to analyse underlying drivers and preparation of impactful presentations to help steer business performance.
Required skills and experience:
- CA/CPA/CFA qualified
- Experience in a financial analyst or strategy analyst related role - experience in productivity and benefits realisation would be highly regarded
- Experience within large complex financial services environment.
- Ability to analyse complex information, identify errors or inconsistencies, extract meaningful insights, and create impactful presentations.
- Ability to partner and collaborate effectively with stakeholders to establish strong professional relationships.
