Address- Develop and execute financial analysis strategies aligned with organizational goals, and design BI solutions for effective data visualization and analysis.
- Collaborate with finance stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting requirements for tracking financial performance and driving business outcomes.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations to senior management for informed decision-making.
- Monitor and optimize finance processes, systems, and controls, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Lead and mentor a team of management accountants, ensuring data integrity and supporting budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning initiatives.
- Big 4 trained CA/CPA qualified.
- 5-7+ years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis, with expertise in data analytics and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills for translating complex data into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in finance principles, accounting standards, SQL/database querying, and project management.
- Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams, manage multiple priorities, and experience with SAP and MYOB is a plus.
