- Highly commercial FP&A role, dealing with Execs across the business
- Lead & manage a small team
- $165k to $180k base plus Super & Bonus
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of expense management strategies to optimize cost efficiency and drive profitability.
- Oversee the annual budgeting and forecasting processes related to expenses, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
- Conduct in-depth analysis of expense trends, variances, and drivers to provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of FP&A professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Your background:
- CA / CPA qualified, ideally with Financial Services experience
- Proven track record of leadership and strategic thinking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence decision-making at the executive level.
- Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and deliver results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
