We are in the process of expanding our driver team and are looking for a truck driver with HR licence or above to join the team as a Tilt Tray driver, working 55 hours per week Monday to Friday this role is fast paced and hands on, if you are looking for a job that is physical and interesting then this is the role for you!
Based at our Access Hire branch in Stapylton the daily duties will include:
- Responsibility for the safe operations of tilt tray, completing daily deliveries and collection of Access Hire equipment and external client pickups and deliveries.
- Loading and unloading of access equipment/machinery
- Securing and restraining equipment in a safe manner
- Carrying out vehicle pre-start checks
- Transporting equipment in a safe manner to and from client sites
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Maintain an exceptional commitment to safety.
The successful candidate will be an individual who will honour our core values of People, Safety, Respect, Communication and Continuous Improvement - in addition to this they will have;
- Valid HR, HC or MC licence
- Previous experience operating Tilt Trays will be viewed favourably
- Demonstrated experience with loading, unloading and load restraint of equipment/machinery
- Accredited forklift ticket
- MSIC card advantageous
- EWP ticket advantageous however willing to train the right applicant
- The ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screen
- Safe driving record and a commitment to maintain a safe work culture
- Have a positive and energetic attitude and be available to work Monday to Friday from 5.30AM until 5PM.
