We are currently seeking a meticulous Freelance Floorplan Artist to join our dynamic team. Our Floorplan Artists play a pivotal role in accurately depicting the spatial layout of properties, facilitating effective visualisation for potential buyers or tenants. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, strong initiative and problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Evaluate properties to determine the most effective strategy for creating floorplans/siteplans.
- Utilise precise measuring and drawing techniques to produce accurate floorplans/siteplans, paying meticulous attention to detail.
- Ensure comprehensive depiction of all pertinent rooms and features within the floorplans.
- Upload completed drawing in a timely and accurate manner.
- Cultivate strong client relationships through effective communication and interpersonal skills, engaging with real estate agents, property owners, and other stakeholders.
- Adapt to changing circumstances with resilience and maintain professionalism while prioritising solutions-oriented approaches.
ABOUT YOU:
As an adept Freelance Floorplan Artist, you possess technical proficiency in measuring and drawing methodologies to ensure the accuracy and clarity of floor plan representations. You'll have a background/education in architecture or drafting with solid spatial awareness. Your familiarity with standard floor plan icons coupled with a commitment to producing orderly and easily interpretable drawings sets you apart. With excellent client engagement abilities, you excel in establishing rapport and upholding professionalism while embracing a growth-oriented mindset focused on problem-solving.
