Become a part of our international Operations team at one of our locations in Perth, Western Australia. For the next possible date we are looking for you in fulltime (38h/week) as Project Coordinator
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- Manage the execution of projects
- Lead communication with clients and suppliers
- Work with the Business Development Team to manage and develop sales leads
- Contract review and management, controlling of project financials, operations management, reporting results, and KPIs
- Creating high quality technical and commercial proposals in response to budget requests, tenders, RFI and RFQ / RFP
- Budget reporting and cash flow submittal to the accounting department to ensure correct financing
- Source / procure services and suppliers for internal and external purposes.
- Employ company tools such as Cargowise, CRM and Smartsheet to gain maximum advantage from them
What you can contribute:
- Qualifications in Logistics and/or Project Management is desirable
- Cargowise experience essential
- At least five years' experience in international Freight Forwarding, with knowledge of international logistics processes
- At least three years’ experience in Freight Forwarding
- Logistics Experience in Oil n Gas, Mining, Capital Construction, Power, and Renewables is highly desired
- A team player attitude with a distinctive hands-on mentality and enjoys working in a culturally diverse and dynamic environment
- English skills, written and verbal
- Willingness to travel on national and international business trips
- Only Australian citizen or permanent resident of Australia will be considered for this role
