Front desk Co-ordinator/Receptionist– Immediate start.
You are good at getting things done and want to ensure people feel cared for. You want to bring good changes to a small organisation, you are a dental receptionist or dental assistant with some reception experience wanting to transition to Front desk duties, this is an exciting opportunity for you to join a family orientated practice located in the eastern suburbs.
The role on offer will see you working in a Permanent Part time or Casual role with no weekend work.
We are located right next to public transport and have free off-street parking.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Greeting patients and providing a warm and welcoming feeling
- Booking and processing appointments and handling general enquiries
- Management of books and updating patient records
- Providing support to other team members – able to assist chair side if necessary
- Liaising with external suppliers
- General administration duties
About you:
- Experience in a similar role (or have a keen willingness to learn)
- Immaculate presentation
- Honest and reliable
- Excellent communication skills
- Efficient Time management
- Ability to multi-task
