It's called Visage Dento-Facial Cosmetics
It's a dedicated Cosmetics Clinic that combines both cosmetic dentistry with facial rejuvenation and cosmetic treatments to frame and compliment a new beautiful smile, for a true full face smile make-over.
You’ll be the front office coordinator of the latest arm of our group of clinics, focused on Dento-Facial Cosmetics.
As this will be a new clinic, you’ll handle everything from reception duties, booking appointments and ensuring clientele are well informed and have all the right documentation. Liaise with suppliers, marketing teams, organising meetings and creating agendas to discuss new ideas with backed research. Keeping up with social media and technology, through to making sure everything runs smoothly so the small and growing team are focused and using their time in the most productive way.
Your ability to focus on the clientele's needs, thinking on your feet and problem solving will be important. Using your own initiative to achieve results and make sure the clinic is productive, whilst also looking for ways to help us grow.
This role will be challenging. You will need to use your skills to make decisions on the spot. Answering difficult questions by clientele and handling various situations.
You will need to show evidence in previous roles of your production and results.
You will receive ongoing training and support.

Experience in Cosmetics or dental industry is necessary to work alongside our team.
