Form of workKrav Maga Australia is one of Melbourne's leading self defense clubs. We are currently looking for a part time Receptionist/Front of Desk Coordinator to facilitate the Krav Maga Australia Sales and Service Experience with students, customers, and potential customers. It is also the responsibility of this role to ensure the smooth operation of the Front Desk in a high volume environment through the enquiry, trial, joining and continuing membership of Krav Maga Australia customers.
Tasks / Duties:
- Customer liaison
- General office and reception duties
- Ordering supplies
- Maintaining our data base
- Processing of payments
- Onboarding of new students
- Follow up with leads and trial students
- Selling apparel at the front display area
- and performing all other duties as assigned
What you need
- A fun, friendly and vibey personality
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- The ability to multi-task while having a very strong attention to detail
- The ability to work well unsupervised and as part of a team
- A high level of English - both spoken and written
- Good computer skills
- Strong initiative
- Ability to work approximately 20-30 hours per week between Monday and Saturday
- Sales experience is highly favourable
