PAC Trading is an established but rapidly growing eco-packaging business, looking for a Customer-facing Superstar to be the face of the business in our Head Office to demonstrate excellence in Customer Service with their organisational skills and sunny disposition.
Overview
Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will work within a dedicated & supportive Team, and play a CRUCIAL role in building effective relationships with both our external and internal Customers.
This role sits at Reception in our facility to greet and assist walk-in Customers, as well as managing orders in the system. The role is a joint Customer Service and Office Manager role with responsibilities in both areas.
Organising the office, processing Sales Orders, attending to other Sales-related matters along supporting the Field Sales Team daily. Also working closely with PAC Trading’s NSW Warehouse Manager and Freight team to help provide streamlined transactions for PAC Trading Customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Greeting Customers who arrive to pick up orders in-person or who make enquiries - professional demeanour and positive, can-do attitude are key!
- Demonstrate excellence in communication and organisation to liaise between different office teams and provide support as required
- Use initiative to meet customer expectations, solve problems and liaise between areas of the business
- Processing Orders from Emails and Orders taken over the Phone
- Answering Customer Enquiries on Email and taken over the Phone
- Keeping the Reception area and upstairs office tidy and presentable
- Assist Account Managers with processing Quotes and all other daily Data Entry
- Work with and assist PAC Trading’s Sales Support Team
- Prepare Backorder Reports for KEY Customers
- Work with Account Managers and NSW Warehouse Manager to resolve any Customer related issues
- Up-date any New Customer Contact Details in PAC Trading’s Software System and monitor changes
- Setting High Standards with Professionalism in the Workplace
- Identify process improvements and cost efficiencies in office/Customer Service operations
- Demonstrate leadership and initiative
Qualifications and experience
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in admin/office/Customer Service roles
- Proven experience in face-to-face Customer Service expertise
- Attention to detail and organisational skills critical
- Well developed Written and Verbal skills
- Strong Relationship Management and must speak fluent English
- Ability to work within fast fast-paced and a high-volume environment, managing many competing priorities with a focus on achieving results
