About the role
In this role you will act for government and corporate clients, including in health, education, infrastructure, transport, technology, and franchising sectors in matters such as: protection of brands, copyright, confidential information and data, as well as technology transfer and licensing, research collaboration and intellectual property commercialisation.
About you:
- A minimum of 4 years' PQE in technology law (Front-end IP experience is desirable as this will form part of the work in this role)
- Strong drafting and communication skills are essential.
- Experience and interest in business development.
