Midas Darra, located just off the Centenary Motorway eagerly seeks an experienced Front-of-House Customer Service Advisor to join team.
With exceptional growth and demand for our services, this additional position requires a previous background in a front-line customer service position preferably within the automotive space and must be available to work Monday to Friday and as per a monthly roster on a Saturday.
Essential to your success, we require the following key skills and attributes:
- Superior customer service skills and the ability to multi-task
- A sound mechanical aptitude
- Confidence and ability to discuss vehicle repairs, service and parts on a variety of modern vehicles
- A current drivers licence
- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships on a daily basis with internal customers
- Exceptional conflict resolution and time management skills
- Prior experience working within an independent Mechanical franchise or Automotive Dealership would be looked upon favourably however not essential
