Merrigong Theatre Company is a not-for-profit company which operates Wollongong’s Illawarra Performing Arts Centre (IPAC), and the Wollongong Town Hall. We also create, commission, produce and present exciting, innovative professional theatre.
Located on the coast in the city of Wollongong, the heart of Dharawal Country, just over an hour south of Sydney, Merrigong Theatre Company is one of Australia’s most dynamic regional performing arts companies and we are now seeking an experienced Front of House Manager to join our Visitor Experience Team.
The successful applicant will be a Front of House professional committed to providing the best possible patron experience for our audiences. We want all of our visitors to feel safe and welcome in our venues and our Front of House Manager will need to be knowledgeable about Workplace Health and Safety and must have a passion for inclusion. The environment is fast-paced and creative and requires excellent communication skills and a commitment to outstanding service delivery.
