As the Front Office Manager, your role extends beyond simply overseeing front-of-house operations. Your mission is to foster team unity, promote cross-departmental engagement, and ensure the creation of unforgettable experiences for every guest at Seoul Kitchen BBQ Restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mentoring and leading our Front of House team
- Supporting the Director in day-to-day operations
- Ensuring the highest standards of service delivery
- Managing rostering and staffing requirements
- Overseeing Front of House operations, including food service and guest interactions
- Demonstrating excellent communication skills and a positive attitude at all times
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including POS systems
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Own transport for flexibility in scheduling
- Commitment to upholding hygiene and safety standards
- MUST have relevant experience in an Asian Restaurant.
