Who We Are Looking For:
We're on the lookout for a full-time Hospitality Professional who is passionate about the industry and eager to ascend to the next level in their career. This role would suit someone with 3/4 years+ front of house experience who is looking for step up to Floor/ Front of House Supervisor level and clear progression in a growing business. If you thrive in a dynamic environment, excel in delivering stellar customer service, and have a genuine desire to learn and grow within the hospitality industry, this is the perfect role for you.
You Will Have:
- Experience in a fast-paced, casual or fine dining environment, demonstrating your ability to thrive under pressure.
- Proficiency in managing a busy section with efficiency, cleanliness, and friendly professionalism, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.
- A service-oriented mindset, with the flexibility to occasionally step behind the bar, showcasing your versatility and team spirit.
- The ability to multitask, work under pressure, and respond promptly to direct requests with a sense of urgency, maintaining high service standards even during peak times.
- An engaging, positive attitude and excellent team collaboration skills, contribute to our supportive and dynamic work environment.
- A genuine love of people, reflects our ethos that centres around creating meaningful connections and a welcoming community.
- Passion for industry growth and engagement in your role, driven by a desire to learn and grow, even if your direct front-of-house duty management experience is limited.
Responsibilities:
As a vital member of our team, you will:
- Ensure all customers feel welcome, respected, and valued, enhancing our community spirit.
- Deliver exceptional table service
- Handle end-of-day venue operations and ensure all staff are presentable and prepped & briefed for service.
- Oversee staff management and engage in continuous learning initiatives to elevate service standards and product knowledge.
Remuneration:
We offer an attractive remuneration package including:
- Competitive salary with guaranteed annual wage increases, as per our PUBLICAN.CO GROUP ENTERPRISE AGREEMENT 2023/2024.
- Annual and personal leave entitlements in line with Fair Work regulations.
- "Sixth Day" Arrangement, means you are paid for every hour you work outside your normal scheduled roster.

Employment Conditions:
This is a full-time positionemployed under the terms of the Publican.Co Enterprise Agreement 2023/2024, you will be provided with a consistent weekly roster. This may be adjusted during peak seasons and as operational needs dictate, subject to mutual agreement. This junior management role is designed to support career progression in the hospitality industry, offering ample opportunities to lead, innovate, and engage meaningfully with the community.
