As Café63 team member you will:
- Minimum of a years experience working in a fast paced environment.
- Experience in specialty coffee.Ability to open and close the espresso bar, various brew methods, latte art.

The ideal candidate for the Barista position must have:
Minimum 3 years experience
Strong customer service skills.
Ability to take direction and follow protocol.
Excellent customer service.
Ensure a safe and hygienic work environment.
Handle and follow up customer queries.
Full table service - three plate/coffee carry.
Taking customer orders
The ideal candidates must have
Minimum of 3 years experience working in a fast paced environment.

Ability to work as part of a team.
Barista key duties include:
Preparing and serving coffee and other beverages.
Maintaining the espresso bar to a high standard.
Ensure a safe and hygienic work environment.
Making and maintaining consistently great coffee.
Dialing the grinder in the morning and monitoring it throughout the day and adjusting when needed.
Delivering high quality customer service.
Building a rapport with regular customers.
Keeping the work space clean and well presented.
Taking customer orders.
Must have full working rights in Australia.
