What we are looking for
You’ll be an experienced FOM or AFOM looking for that next career step up. Someone who comes from a high quality background, 5 star would be preferable, where creating an experience for the guest is essential.
Ideally you’ll have a warm personality, a person who loves people and know’s how to relate to everybody. Also someone who can lead a small team while keeping that sense of fun and professionalism.
The role is very hands on and often overlaps into housekeeping, so someone who has a can-do-attitude and is able to be quite versatile would be preferable.
