About the role:
A wonderful opportunity for a passionate Guest Centric professional to join us as Front Office Manager at Sea World Resort – Australia’s Most loved Family Resort to lead Reception, Concierge and manage the Kids Zone at a very busy 403 rooms Resort.
To perform in this position, you need to be a self-driven people person, with a keen interest in constantly improving the guest journey and growing your team members. As a Head of the Department, you will lead an empowered team and have full autonomy over managing this space.
- Departmental Supervision: Supervise, co-ordinate and ensure the smooth operation of the Front Office department which includes Reception, Concierge, Night Audit, and Kids Zone.
- People Management: Manage and coordinate the Front Office Team including resource planning, recruitment, training, and performance reviews.
- Guest Experience Management: From service delivery through to service recovery and guest escalations you will maintain a harmonious and strong relationship with guests and colleagues.
- Communication: You will ensure effective interaction and communication with all applicable departments, department heads & senior management.
- Business Management: Adhere to a given budget, report on productivity, expenditures and submit end of month reports including analysis of various projects.
- Previous experience as a Front Office Manager within a busy hotel preferred
- Opera PMS experience preferred
