The Sydney Central Hotel now seeks an enthusiastic, experienced, and dedicated person to lead the Front Office team as Front Office Manager / Guest Service Manager. The successful candidate will join a tight-knit, supportive team.
Reporting to General Manager, you will manage the day-to-day running of the Front Office/Guest Service and Food and Beverage departments.
Key experience and skills required:
Talent in customer and Guest Service with a passion for providing high-quality hospitality.
3+ years experience in a customer service Team Leader/supervisory role
Experience using RMS and ReviewPro
Working knowledge of Food and Beverage
Leadership skills to motivate, develop and grow your team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with planning, setting, and achieving budgetary targets
High attention to detail
Outstanding interpersonal skills
