The Role
Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will oversee the Front Office Department operation at a leadership level, whilst ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction.
- Strive to exceed annual KPIs and departmental budget through expense control and effective revenue yield management.
- Train, supervise, and motivate Front Office staff to provide exceptional service and maintain a positive work environment.
- Prepare revenue and occupancy forecasting, rosters, staff meetings, Departmental budget, and Wage Reports analysis.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate guest services and ensure seamless guest experiences.
Who you are?
- Previous experience as a Front Office Manager.
- A ‘can-do’ attitude and a genuine passion for guest experience.
- Ability to work & thrive in a close-knit team environment.
- Experience with Opera Cloud would be highly regarded.
- Ability to work a flexible rotating roster across 7 days.
