Details: Dickson College is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance/Front Office Manager. The successful applicant will be required to provide effective financial management processes and practices, working closely with the Business Manager, as well as managing the front office administration team.
The Finance Officer/Office Manager will:
- Provide high level support to the Business Manager in the management of the school’s finance system and administrative compliance requirements.
- Carry out day to day finance duties such as daily account reconciliation and processing of purchase orders, payments, and invoices.
- Manage community use in the school within current Procurement legislation.
- Provide advice and assistance to staff relating to finance processes and procedures as required.
- Manage the day to operations of the front office team including high level customer service, general enquiries, welcoming visitors to the school, executive support as needed and the development of streamlined processes and procedures.
Schools are fast paced ever changing environments; therefore, the selected applicant will also require the ability to prioritise and monitor workflows and practices in line with Directorate policy and procedures. The applicant will have exceptional communication and liaison skills with the ability to liaise with a wide range of clients.
