The newly built Citadines on Walker, North Sydney, now seeks an enthusiastic, experienced, and dedicated person to join the Front Office team as Guest Services Officer. The successful candidate will join a tight-knit, supportive team.
In this role, you will be responsible for the following:
- The check-in and check-out of our guests
- Attending to guests' requests and managing their accounts
- Providing information to our guests on services and local attractions
- Administration associated with the Front Office department.
Ideally, you must have the following:
- Previous experience in customer service
- Strong knowledge of North Sydney and the surrounding
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding personal presentation
- Attention to detail
- Availability to work a 7-day rotating roster
