SalaryWe're looking for an addition to our fantastic team of front desk staff at Zara Tower. We would like someone that is available Part or Full time and for an immediate start.
You must be flexible with weekend and evening work on a rotating roster.
ESSENTIAL: YOU MUST HAVE FULL DRIVER'S LICENCE, PLEASE DO NOT APPLY UNLESS YOU CAN DRIVE.
Responsibilities of the position include taking phone bookings, reservations, guest satisfaction/concierge, outstanding customer service, valet parking guest's cars.
Previous Hotel front desk or similar experience ESSENTIAL.
Successful applicants will have the following skills;
- friendly professional manner with a strong focus on fantastic customer service
- strong computer skills
- clear and effective verbal and written communication skill
- well presented
- be able to multi-task
- previous hospitality/Front Office experience essential
- additional language skills would be an asset.
- Valet parking is an essential part of the job - so the successful candidates MUST have full driver's license, and drive both automatic and manual cars.
Knowledge of RMS an advantage.
