Inside is small restaurant and bar, lounge area and two function spaces that hold around 100 guests each. There is also a gym and underground carpark for our guests to utilise.
As a Front Office Receptionist, you will be the face and first point of contact for the RACV Hobart Hotel. In this busy and varied role, you will be on your feet and utilising your amazing customer service skills to provide our members and guests with the best experience whilst at the reception desk. You'll be motivated and hardworking with the “can do attitude” which will see you thrive in the role.
Key responsibilities are to undertake the day-to-day duties associated with check in and check out guests, answering all calls, valet parking and assisting with requests and general enquiries. This is a casual position and you'll have flexibility to work shifts across a 7-day roster between the hours of 7am-11pm at least three times a week. You’ll be rostered to meet the peak and flow of business demands.
