Purpose

As the Front Office Supervisor, your responsibility is to craft unforgettable experiences throughout the guest journey, from check-in to check-out. You will be ensuring the hotel operates seamlessly. Your unique combination of enthusiasm and creativity will transform each day at the hotel into an engaging spectacle that never fails to leave guests in awe.

Primary Responsibilities

• Take the helm and guide the Front Office’s day-to-day operations with expertise
• Lead the Front Office Team like a mentor, nurturing growth and skill-building in a supportive atmosphere
• Collaborate with guests, extending a helping hand to find solutions for any challenges that may arise
• Contribute to roster planning and preparation

Skills and Experience

• A background in Hotel Operations, ideal for someone eager to take the next stride towards a leadership position
• Knowledge of Opera Cloud is advantageous but not essential
• Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure, fueled by epic organizational and time management skills
• Masterful in the art of communication, both written and spoken
• Capable of embracing a flexible rotating schedule, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
