Seeking dedicated General Practitioner for a established practice in Rockhampton, QLD

Key Details:

• Location: Rockhampton, QLD
• Practice Software: Best Practice
• Team Composition: 10 doctors (4 female, 6 male, 6.5 FTE) supported by a talented team of 3-4 nurses per session, including 1 RN, and allied health professionals (Pathology, Speech Therapist, OT).
• Patient Base: 5000 active patients
• Sessions: Flexible full-time or part-time roles available. Weekend sessions not applicable.

Role Expectations:

• Patient Care: Ability to manage 4+ patients per hour, delivering high-quality care.
• Collaboration: Work alongside our dedicated team to provide comprehensive healthcare services.

Financials & Benefits:

• Billing Type: 80% private billing.
• Weekly Gross Billing Capacity: $14,000+ potential.
• Billings Shared with GP: Generous 65-70% of billings.
• Initial Retainer: Discussable minimum hourly rate for a set period.
• Other Benefits: Initial setup of transportation and accommodation offered, with a longer-term option for equity within the practice.
