Experience working in kitchen on their own and also working in a team environment
passion for food and cooking
Seasonal menu changes and specials
Ordering Stock, and food and safety knowledgeable
Clean and maintain kitchen and equipment
manage and order stock and produce
assist others in all areas when needed
keep on top of dishes and general cleaning when quiet
Looking for someone who can work well under pressure and also in a team environment, someone who is happy to do as ask and be on time. Loves a fun environment but is willing to work hard when it's busy
