[Full Time – $125K P.a.] Practice Manager

Our specialist medical practice is seeking a Full TimePractice Manager , to join our urology practice in Deakin, for an immediate start.

Highly competitive compensation $125,000.00 per annum.

Must have experience as a Practice Manager.

The successful applicant must have medical administration experience, be well presented, have excellent communication skills and have a positive attitude towards our patients.

Our practice is open Monday – Friday, no weekend work is required. There is paid parking on site. 

 The role is available for an immediate commencement.

Essential Criteria:

• Exceptional phone manner.
• Fluent communication and organisational skills.
• Must be able to work in independently and in a fast-paced medical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcoming of patients.
• Practice accounts and invoicing.
• Scheduling patient bookings including liaising with hospital bookings, surgical assistants and Anaesthetist.
• General phone enquires including patient support and appointments.
• Arranging the daily scheduling of the specialist and providing support including cancellations or moving of patient appointments. 
• General medical administration including typing of medical correspondence, data entry and scanning. 
• Be required to assist the surgeon with minor medical procedures with training provided.
