SalaryUniversity House at The University of Melbourne is seeking an experienced Bar Attendant to join our staff to deliver exceptional experiences to our members and guests.
We are looking for:
- Energy, professionalism, guest focus
- Keen wine interest/knowledge
- Cocktail experience
- Excellent coffee making skills
- Excellent English & Communication Skills
- Cash Handling experience
- Bar maintenance experience, including equipment and glassware
- Hygiene and safety standards in handling and storing beverages and bar equipment.
Experience & attributes:
- At least 2 years’ experience as a Bar Attendant
- Wine qualifications (e.g. WSET) an advantage
- Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
- Victorian driving licence
