Full Time/ Casual Group Fitness Instructor

Job description

Tasks & responsibilities

Delivering a 5-star F45 experience to members
Inspire and bring an energetic VIBE to the studio
Motivate and engage with members before, during and after classes
Build a strong rapport with members from all different demographics
Continue to build a COMMUNITY culture in the studio
Create challenge hype amongst staff and members and inspire them to fully utilise all F45 resources
Lead a team of coaches
Assist with marketing initiatives and promotions of the studio
Assist with member retention programs and procedures to engage the community
Assist Manager with staff/team development
Maintain a clean and tidy studio and assist in studio upkeep
Participate in Business to Business relations
Participate in the monthly management meetings

Offering

Up to 38 hours per week (6 month full time contract available -potential to extend)

Essential Personal Attributes & Qualifications

Minimum Certificate III in Fitness (Preferably Certificate IV)
Current First Aid and CPR
1+ year experience in F45, as a member or coach (Preferable)
Passionate about F45 and team building - If you're are not passionate, please do not apply.
Eager to learn and develop new skills
Eager to lead from the front, as you ARE an F45 Ambassador
Team player, you want to lift everyone around you and help them to do their best
Flexibility with working hours - will be required to work a mix of mornings, midday, evening and one day on the weekend. All administration hours are flexible.
Must have impeccable form and technique
Must be physically fit and have high personal presentation

Salary: $28.00 – $32.00 per hour
