Harris Trade Plumbing Supplies is a leading supplier of plumbing products to the trade industry through 8 branches located around Melbourne.
About the Role
We require a Full Time Driver to join the team at our Pakenham branch to assist the busy team in a great working environment. The position provides an opportunity for someone to enjoy a stable position with job security, while working with a friendly close-knit team.
Hours of work:
Monday - Friday 7:30am to 5:00pm
Saturday (every 2nd) 8:00am to 12:00pm
Key Responsibilities
- Customer service
- Delivery of stock to customers on site
- Supplier pickups and drop offs
- Some heavy lifting and manual lifting
- Taking orders over the phone with confidence
- Understanding and using the PROSTIX computer system the company uses
- General warehouse duties such as
- Forklift operation
- Housekeeping
- Picking & packing orders accurately and promptly
- Stock re-ordering
- Receiving and storage of supplier goods.
