In this role, you'll:
- Reception duties: welcoming patients, booking appointments, confirmation of bookings, taking payments
- Administration tasks: checking and responding ton emails, following up on patient correspondence, end of day reconciliation
- Reconciling consumable invoices and statements, ordering stock/stock checking
- Knowledge of Oasis dental software, maintaining compliance with organisation policies and procedures.
- Sterilisation duties as needed on a busy day.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of dental experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in dental software and practice management systems.
- Strong team player
- A positive, friendly, patient-focused attitude.
Job Type: Full-time (Monday-Friday)
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
