An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Receptionist / Front Desk to join our administrative team in Smeaton Grange. The position is on a full-time basis with competitive remuneration package.
To be successful, you will need to demonstrate the following attributes:
- Experience in a similar role
- Well presented, spoken, proactive
- Attention to details and sense of urgency
- Multitask and take instruction from multiple staff
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook
- Drivers licence and car
Your role will include, but not limited to the following:
- Professionally answer, screen and distribute phone calls
- Manage distribution of walk-in, phone and email enquiries (CRM)
- Warmly greet visiting suppliers and clients
- Maintain a clean and presentable reception area
- Printing and collating duties
- Maintaining staff phone & email directory
- Coordination of incoming & outgoing mail
- Reconciling bank receipts & deposits
- Other general administrative duties
