As an Operations Supervisor you will have a strong focus on developing your team and ensuring profitability of the hotel. You will lead by example in delivering a unique guest experience.
About The Role:
Make a difference and contribute to the overall business objectives of the hotel by effectively supervising the front office team of the hotel. As a Supervisor, you will work closely with operational management in assisting the Front Office Manager, Assistant Front Office Manager and Duty Managers with the management of the Front Office.
Seize the chance to shape the future of our team! As a Supervisor, you will be entrusted with the rewarding responsibility of being our designated mentor and trainer, fostering excellence in every individual that joins our team.
Trains staff, directs, resolves issues/problems and coach and counsel the Front Desk team members to ensure a quality operation and service standards are adhered to.
Maintains a friendly, cheerful, and courteous demeanor at all times.
The successful candidate must have:
• Proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service
• Availability to work a rotational roster.
• Previous experience as a Front Office Supervisor or Senior GSA
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Impeccable level of corporate personal presentation.
• Experience in training others.
