Front Office - Guest Service Agent Full Time
The duties and responsibilities will include:
- Provide welcoming, professional, and courteous service to all guests from arrival to departure while exceeding Guest Service standards
- Handle all guest requests, inquiries, and complaints appropriately and with professionalism
- Answer incoming telephone and email inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure all reservations and inquiries are handled efficiently
- Be able to confidently drive the hotels 9-seater courtesy van
About you:
- Experience with OPERA Cloud or Opera PMS would be beneficial
- Great communication skills, including an excellent phone manner
- Exceptional customer service skills
- A great eye for detail and presentation
- A genuine passion for the industry, its patrons and the people that work in it
- MUST have full availability and flexibility across a 7 day work roster including weekends and public holidays across morning shifts (7.00am to 3.00pm) and evening shifts (3pm - 11.00pm).

- Current national police clearance or willing to undertake Police check
- Responsible service of alcohol (RSA) preferred or able to complete
- Australian driver’s license and clean driving record preferred
