SalaryDolphin Quay, Mandurah is looking for a Full Time handyman/handywoman to join our team. Basic skills required for a variety of trades. Needs to be self motivated to walk around and assess the centres and be able to prioritise items. also able to take direction as needed
Duties will include but not limited to
- Staining of boardwalk & basic maintenance of boards
- Sanding & rust proofing gates on a regular basis
- Basic painting
- Basic tiling
- General high pressure cleaning
- Weed removal from brick paving
- Assisting tenants with basic ongoing handyman/woman duties when directed.
- Replacing light globes, fixing doors and handles, rehanging sliding doors
General handyman/woman skills is all that is required, no formal qualifications or trade certificates required as have external contractors.
