Pack-Tainers is a privately owned family business located in both Melbourne and Sydney. Providing services to the Australian Wool industry, our principal activity is the handling and dumping of wool for export.
Providing administrative assistance to the Office Manager & Directors, you will assist with all aspects of Data Entry, and general office duties.
This position is suited to someone who is excited to grow with the company.
About the Role:
Location – Laverton North VIC
Role Type – Full Time or Part Time
This is a Full Time position, working a 38hr week from the office. (This role does not suit WFH) However we can accommodate Part Time 30-38hrs a week for the right candidate.
- Delivering exceptional service to our customers
- General administrative tasks
- Complete accurate Data Entry
- Rime & Attendance Data Entry
- Invoicing clients
- Assist other team members as required
About you:
- Highly organised and eye for detail
- Willingness to work and learn
- Reliable, flexible and focused
- Be well spoken and well presented.
- Good IT skills, and have a willingness to learn new systems and software, knowledge of excel highly regarded
- Be proactive in completing work and looking for the next task.
- Ability to work autonomously using proactive approach to task resolution
- Polite & friendly phone manner
