About the Opportunity:
An exciting position has opened up within our E-commerce and Marketing teams. With the launch of our new site and our growing portfolio of products, we are seeking a talented, motivated and dedicated Data Entry Clerk.
This will be an on-site position at our Brunswick Location. In this hands-on role, you will be a dynamic team member with good communication skills and the drive to collaborate across the team to schedule project timelines, enter and gather data into our software, and implement and push products onto our e-commerce site.
This role is for an immediate start.
Casual/32 Hours
Responsibilities/ The Ideal Candidate Must Have:
- Enter and localise product information into stock system, including titles, groupings, dimensions and images.
- Enter product orders and stock levels from suppliers into stock system
- Generate stock and product reports
- Prepare and enable products from stock system to ecommerce website
- Liaison between departments to ensure product journey from supplier to website is complete
Requirements:
- Microsoft Office knowledge, and advance Excel skills are advantageous. Manage Excel reports efficiently to support operational processes.
- Handle multiple emails using Outlook, ensuring timely responses and clear communication.
- Ability to process, source and sort high volumes of information and/or data
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment. Problem-solving abilities to address challenges proactively with attention to detail
- Good IT and computer Literacy and willingness to learn
