This new position will also carry responsibility for the ongoing coordination and maintenance of clinical and operational data within existing data platforms and registries. - Collect and report data related to CAR-T patient activity, costing and funding for the

Stakeholder Management
- Work independently and liaise with the CAR-T Clinical Service while reporting to CoE
- CIT Program Operations Director and CoE CIT Director to effectively navigate all key
- stakeholders within Peter Mac
- Manage the competing and diverse priorities through agreed and regularly evaluated
- CoE CIT key deliverables
- Development of self and position through clearly defined tasks and plans.
- Provide regular operational support to CoE CIT
- Participate in regular or ad hoc meetings in various internal and partner-based data
- related activities and entities
- Maintain integrity of the data by identifying missing elements, taking steps to collect
- the data, checking the consistency, completeness, and accuracy of the data and
- making any appropriate corrections
- Participate in Peter Mac Data Integrity Framework as required for CoE CIT
- Work with Business Intelligence as needed to assist with data reconciliation between
- DH submissions and internal CAR-T patient data and facilitate the follow-up of
- discrepancies.
- Assist with developing data reconciliation processes.
Reporting
- Conduct data analysis based on the clinical database for reporting purposes
- Develop reports to monitor and evaluate service delivery and quality
- Participate in clinical research monitoring/auditing internally and externally as
- required in order to meet the regulatory and scientific requirements

- necessary CAR-T performance related information
