An exciting opportunity has opened up and together we are seeking a talented, experienced and dedicated Administration/ Data Entry Clerk to join their team.
This role is working 2 days per week - Monday and Tuesday with availability to cover holiday leave
This role is for an immediate start!
Duties:
- Booking freight with external freight companies
- Enter and allocate stock orders
- Create shipment labels
- Provide backup when required
Essential Criteria:
- Previous experience in Data Entry
- Microsoft Office Knowledge
- Advanced Excel knowledge
- High attention to detail
- High level of discretion and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent Communication and 0rganisational Skills
- Superb Professionalism
- Outstanding collaborative skills with a willingness to Learn
- The ability to be proactive and take the initiative
