Myhealth Medical Centres are well established General Practice Clinics, now searching for an experienced Practice Nurse to join our growing team at Marketplace and Holmview
Our Medical Centres provide a friendly, positive and respectful work environment whilst offering patients of all ages a variety of services to help with the management of their health.
The suitable candidate will need to have a professional, mature outlook with exceptional communication and administration skills. Your role will be to provide support to patients and doctors.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
You Role & Responsibilities:
- Triage and Assessment of Patients
- Wound management
- Child & Adult Immunisations
- Treatment Room Assistance
- Maintaining recall and reminder system
- Cold chain management
- Chronic Disease management (TCA, GPMP and Health Assessments)
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in General Practice
- Current AHPRA registration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritise your workload and confidence in working autonomously
- Has experience and knowledge of Care Plans and Health Assessments
- Willingness to assist in Administrative tasks
- Assist GPs with daily tasks
Preferred but not essential:
- Previous knowledge of Best Practice Software

The current position is Part Time/Casual & based between 3 locations ( Marketplace, Holmview and Woodridge Clinics).
