Full-time Supervisor/Relief Duty Manager

Club Burwood RSL Group is a large prosperous Club group with a combined growing membership of 35,000 members and 3 premises in the Burwood area. It is one of the wealthiest Club groups in NSW with net assets of almost $200 million, an annual turnover of approximately $50 million, 140 employees.  A new Super Club is planned and approved by authorities.  This offers incredibly exciting long term career opportunities.

We seek a professional Supervisor/Relief Duty Managerto manage the day to day operations of  Club Burwood RSL (96 Shaftesbury Road).

As a Supervisor, you will work with the Duty Manager and be responsible for the daily operations of the club including functions, Catering, Bar and Gaming services.

You will also be required to be a relief Duty Manager at all 3 Venues when required. 

As a Supervisor, you will also be required to assist functions and complete function setups. You will also be required to complete at least 1 Duty Manager shift per week.

Essential credentials:

• RSA & RCG certificate
• Supervisory or Management experience within the Club / Hospitality Industry.
• Excellent customer service skills, especially in gaming with an enthusiastic eye for detail
• Outstanding time management skills
• Thorough knowledge of security to ensure the integrity of the Club operations
• Experience and skill for resolution of conflict with both patrons & staff
• Demonstrate a high level of verbal & written communication skills
• Hospitality tertiary qualifications
• Must be available to work Days, Late Nights, Weekends and Public Holidays

Preferred attributes

Enthusiastic with a hands-on approach, willingness to assist with the organisation and management of Club functions. Ability to conduct on-the-job training. Happy to work a flexable roster including day's, night's, weekends and public holidays flexible. Thorough computer skills. Knowledge of Ebet gaming systems.
