We have an opportunity for a Functional Consultant - Finance, Planning, and HR, to join the team at our Sydney Head Office.

The Opportunity - About the Role

In this role you will be responsible for the strategy, roadmap, design, delivery, operation, management and improvement of the Finance, Planning, and HR services in support of agreed business outcomes.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Contribute directly to the strategy, development and quality of the strategic IT Service and the company's service delivery capability.
• Develop key partnerships with Business Process Owner, Process Sponsors to effectively deliver outcomes
• Develop key relationship with software vendors to influence and maintain visibility of upcoming changes that may be useful to Stockland
• Own category / domain specific IT Services and ensure their effective design, delivery, operation, management including financials and improvement to meet the business needs.
• Active stakeholder and driver in underlying operations process and supporting services, to direct continuous improvements across the supporting teams.
• Develop both short and long term service and process strategy, to be achieved over a specified time period in accordance with IT service management principles.

About You

• 7+ years of SAP experience in implementation and support
• 5+ years in managing key business and vendor relationships
• Deep understanding of SAP FICO module and its integration with other modules.
• Minimum 3 full cycle SAP FICO, implementation experience.
• Strong and broad SAP functional and technical expertise, with a good understanding of integration touchpoints between modules and applications
• Sound understanding of SAP product roadmap in the functional area of expertise
• Strong experience in architecting / designing SAP solutions in FICO
• Good commercial awareness and experience in planning and estimating
• Sound Business knowledge of real estate sector and SAP implementation experience of developing solutions for real estate companies (preferred)

• Good understanding of BPC (preferred)
• Good understanding of SuccessFactors modules (preferred)
