Primary Responsibilities:
- Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Implement and configure Oracle Financial Services modules to align with business processes.
- Conduct gap analysis and provide solutions to bridge differences between business needs and Oracle functionality.
- Provide functional support during the implementation and integration phases.
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and performance of the implemented solutions.
- Conduct user training sessions and create comprehensive documentation for end-users.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems.
- Continuously monitor and optimize system performance and processes.
- Stay updated with the latest Oracle Financial Services features and best practices.
- Extensive experience as a Functional Consultant with a focus on Oracle Financial Services modules.
- Strong understanding of financial processes and practices.
- Proficiency in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Financials, Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA), or other relevant modules.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively to various stakeholders.
- Experience with software development lifecycle methodologies, including Agile.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
