This exciting job opportunity falls under the Corporate Enterprise Solutions branch within the Department of Health and provides solutions and services that support Queensland Health's enterprise corporate applications while also supporting the payroll transactional processes. This application suite includes the largest integrated rostering and payroll solution in the public sector and the finance, business and logistics solution and management environment.
What we are looking for:
* Demonstrated high level analytical and problem solving skills in SAP HR in Organisational Management, Payroll (preferably Australian-based system), HR to Fi/Co integration, Time Management, Personnel Administration, CATS, ESS/MSS.
* Proven experience in formulating, documenting and implementing functional and technical specifications including sound knowledge of current technical trends, including systems integrations and service-orientated architecture.
* Demonstrated extensive experience in the support and configuration of large scale HR SAP Solutions. The product set for QH HR includes SAP, Workbrain and Finance/Controlling (Fi/Co).
* Demonstrated knowledge of relevant payroll legislation and award structures in Government.
* High level of written and verbal communication skills and the ability to consult and negotiate with a diverse range of stakeholders on complex business requirements and transfer knowledge to team members and clients.
