- The role involves offering specialized guidance and in-depth understanding of the Queensland Health SAP HR/Payroll solution. This is to guarantee that maintenance, support, design, and configuration tasks are carried out effectively to align with service delivery and project goals.
- Offer guidance, design, configure, and deliver supporting Human Capital Management (HCM) functionality in adherence to rigorous information system standards and documentation prerequisites.
- Provide Human Capital Management (HCM) functionality following vendor and industry best practices, along with adhering to operating procedures.
- Document and maintain system configurations, technical specifications, and procedures in line with best practices and compliance with Departmental and Government policies. Address and resolve SAP HCM solution issues promptly through client collaboration.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving proficiency in SAP HR, particularly in Organizational Management, Payroll (preferably Australian-based system), HR to Fi/Co integration, Time Management, Personnel Administration, ESS/MSS.
- Proven experience in creating and implementing functional and technical specifications, with a strong grasp of current technical trends, including systems integrations and service-oriented architecture.
- Proven understanding of pertinent payroll legislation and award structures within the government sector.
