The group are now looking to appoint a Fund Analyst to join the Head Office team at 1 Westlink Court, Darra.
The Role
The Fund Analyst is a unique role which is well suited to a commercially minded and proactive individual, focused on enhancing and managing the existing portfolio, whilst assisting in identifying, justifying, and securing future investment and/or development opportunities.
There is scope for successful applicant to grow into a Senior Analyst or Fund Manager role in the future, well suited to an ambitious individual looking for a career defining long term opportunity. This diverse role will offer unrivalled exposure in responsibilities, working hand in hand with a highly experienced manager who brings a wealth of property funds expertise.
Primary responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
-Maintaining the internal valuation models, budgeting, cash flow forecasting, monitoring of investment performance and monthly unit pricing;
- Manage and enhance the portfolio of existing investments; devise and execute investment strategies and asset enhancements, and assist in the day-to-day management of funds;
- Prepare and maintain reports to Investors, committee's, and the board;
- Identify, evaluate, and execute new investments; assist with due diligence and preparation of investment reports and financial models.
The Candidate
Reporting into the Head of Funds, the Fund Analyst position could be well suited to an experienced Valuer, Property Analyst, Finance, or Funds Management professional. Strong financial modelling skills are required, as is being comfortable with rolling up your sleeves and being responsible for a variety of hands on operational, financial, and reporting duties. This role is well suited to an entrepreneurial, adaptable, and curious candidate with strong communication skills, to successfully engage and partner with stakeholders including potential and current investors, industry professionals, and senior management.
