About the role
As a Solutions Analyst, you will report directly to the IT Innovation Lead. Your will role encompass collaborating with the internal teams and key stakeholders to strategize, design, develop, and implement new business solutions. You will also possess the autonomy to enhance and optimise existing processes.
The key duties include (but are not limited to):
- Developing an intimate understanding of TUH's business processes and systems in order to identify areas for opportunity
- Developing and implementing business and functional requirements including business rules, processes and workflows
- Managing project implementation and delivery with a focus on risk and change management, quality and timeliness
- Working with the Digital Innovation and Digital Operations and Security teams as required (ie. infrastructure projects)
- Maintaining current knowledge of relevant legislation, contemporary industry practice, policies and procedures associated with the duties of the role
You hold a tertiary degree in Business, Management, Business Analysis and/or IT with additional qualifications in project management. By nature, you are curious and determined to find a solution that makes great business sense but also keeps your customers happy.
Communication is a strong point with a proven ability to thoroughly document process flows, guide organisations through implementation of new systems/processes and a knack for making complex IT situations sound simple and easy to understand.
