AddressA kind, hardworking and friendly professional family in Gables, NSW are seeking a calm, nurturing and responsible nanny to assist in the care of their baby girl (6 months old).
The days and normal hours are:- 2 Days - 16 hours per week
Tuesday 8am - 4pm
Wednesday 8am - 4pm
An ideal nanny would be experienced, warm, calm and nurturing. A nanny that is friendly and is happy, playful and interested to actively engage with the baby which will help the baby’s growth and development . The family is looking for someone who is honest, safe and responsible and is able to care for the baby throughout the day.
Prior experience/professional qualifications working with young/new born babies is highly important for this role.
The nanny must be comfortable with both parents working from home
The carer’s responsibilities for this role will be as follows –
- To care for the baby
- Follow the baby’s routine
- Play and engage age appropriate activities to assist in the baby’s development.
- Take the baby out for walks or to activities
- Assist with general tidy of toys/babies room- Any extra assistance you can provide the family will be greatly appreciated.
The family’s expectations from their nanny are –
- 3+ years experience as a nanny or working in child care
- Childcare qualification preferred
- Young baby experience
- Have a current first aid certificate (or happy to obtain one)
- Have a current Working with Children’s Check
- Display strong communication skills and speak English or Chinese (Mandarin)
- Non smoking
- Up to date with all vaccinations
- Full Drivers Licence and own car (Preferred)
